Pulwama: An encounter between militants and government forces erupted in Chaan Kitar area of Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday.
The operation is being jointly conducted by 42RR, SOG and 180 BN CRPF, who have cordoned off Chan Kitar area.
The operation was launched after a specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
