BMC conducts sanitation drive in town

Baramulla, Dec 29 : Muncipal Council Baramulla continue in it’s mission to make town a neat, clean and garbage free on Saturday conducted a cleanliness and sanitation drive in parts of town.

During the sanitation drive a team of Muncipal Council Baramulla led by President Umar Kakroo thoroughly cleaned up these areas and cleared all bad spots.

Newly elected president of Muncipal Council Baramulla Umar Kakroo said said that town has to look neat and clean and there should be no garbage seen on road sides, he said this is our mission and we hope general public will also cooperate us for making Baramulla Green and Clean town.

Umar also appealed to shopkeepers in town to cooperate with us in keeping Baramulla clean and green and also not to use polythene carry bags.

Pertinently earlier this week MCB conducted sanitation drive in Baramulla hospital.
