Forces launch nocturnal CASO in Sopore

Sopore, Jan 12 : Amid snowing forces on Saturday night launched a cordon-and-search operation at Tarzoo in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said that a joint team of army’s 52 RR, CRPF, and SOG laid a siege at Tarzoo village of Sopore late today evening.
A police officer also confirmed this CASO to Kashmir Indepth News and said that the cordon was launched following inputs about the movement of some suspected militants.
Local reports said that heavy concentration of the forces was witnessed in the area and all the routes leading to Tarzoo village have been sealed, and house to house search operation has been started.
Pertainally this is second such search operation launched by forces in this week in Tarzoo village.
Earlier on Thursday forces conducted operation in the area which was later called off amid heavy stones pelting.
