Police in a statement today said that On Sunday evening 12/05/2019 one report was received at Police station Ganderbal about commission of rape of a teenager girl at village Harran, Ganderbal. The accused belongs to the same vicinity.
Accordingly F.I.R No. 98/2019 U/S 451/376 RPC section 04 POSCO Act registered at Police station Ganderbal . subsequently to it Police team rushed to the spot arrested the accused person namely Muhammad Aasif wani age 20 years S/O: Muhamma Maqbool wani R/O: New colony Harran, Ganderbal. The victim got medically examined by the Doctors. A special team constituted to investigate the case professionally.
