DODA, MARCH 19: Vikas Sharma, today assumed office as Deputy Commissioner, Doda here this afternoon.
Immediately after assuming the office, he inspected different sections and chaired an introductory meeting with the officers and staff of the Deputy Commissioner Office.
The DC sought the details of ongoing developmental works under various schemes, status of the individual beneficiary schemes and enquired about the implementation of COVID19 protocol in the district.
The newly appointed Deputy Commissioner asked the officers/officials to attend the works of public importance on priority basis. He made a special mention about the punctuality and evolving work culture so that the work of general public may not suffer.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kishori Lal Sharma, Chief Planning Officer, Parshotam Kumar; Deputy DEO, Mohammad Idrees Lone; SDM Thathri Athar Amin Zargar; DIO, Mohammad Ashraf Wani; Deputy Registrar Cooperatives Adil Iqbal Lone, besides other officials of DC office attended the meeting.
