Srinagar, Dec 09: In a proactive move to ensure heightened security in the south Kashmir, Inspector General Gyanendra Kumar Verma of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Kashmir Sector conducted a comprehensive strategic review at the 46th Battalion CRPF in Anantnag.
During the review, IG Verma meticulously assessed the deployment and operational readiness of the 46 Bn CRPF, focusing on strengthening security measures in the area.
He engaged in discussions with unit commanders and personnel, gaining insights into the challenges faced on the ground.
Having been briefed on the existing security measures, Inspector General Verma provided crucial directions to enhance the deployment effectiveness of the CRPF unit.
