Srinagar boy dies at SMHS Hospital, family alleges medical negligence

Srinagar March 09: A 19-year-old youth from Soiteng in Srinagar reportedly passed away at SMHS Hospital due to alleged medical negligence.
Faisal Ahmad was brought to hospital on Friday night with stomach pain and later died on Saturday evening.
Family members claim that he faced breathlessness in the ward, alleging the unavailability of a ventilator and accusing a doctor of abandoning the patient.
They are demanding a thorough investigation and action against the doctor involved.
