Srinagar, May 11: In an effort to boost voter participation and civic engagement in the Lok Sabha elections, the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Field Office Srinagar, orchestrated a series of voter awareness programs at Nishat Mughal Garden and Zero Bridge in Srinagar today.
Featuring presentations by cultural troupes affiliated with CBC Srinagar, these programs captivated audiences with vibrant skits and musical performances. Pamposh Folk Theatre and Maqsood Bhagat Theatre artists illuminated various facets of elections, underlining the significance of voting and promoting democratic involvement. Additionally, informative literature on voting and the electoral process was disseminated among attendees by the CBC team.
