KINS DESK

Bandipora, Oct 07 (KINS): District Election Officer (DEO) Bandipora Manzoor Ahmad Qadri announced that all necessary preparations have been completed for a seamless counting process in Bandipora. The counting of votes is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM.
Speaking to the media as per news agency KINS, Qadri explained that the randomization of polling staff has already been carried out, with the final randomization to be completed tomorrow morning, after which counting center assignments will be made.
He added that candidates have been granted full access to facilities, including the ability to monitor live streams and observe who enters the counting centers.
A three-tier security system has been implemented to safeguard the centers, and the movement of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) will strictly follow Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.
To maintain public order, Section 144 will be imposed around the centers. “We anticipate a peaceful process, but should any disruptions occur, the administration is ready to respond accordingly,” Qadri assured.(KINS)
