DIPR presents Cultural program to spread awareness on Dengue prevention

JAMMU, OCTOBER 25: A Cultural programme and painting competition on “Dengue” awareness was organized today by the Cultural Unit Department of Information and Public Relations Jammu at Government High school Sagoon Jammu.
Artists of the Cultural Wing of Information Department Jammu presented Folk songs, theme songs and patriotic songs. Students of the school create paintings to spread awareness on Dengue prevention.
Sonali, Harshita and Akshay got first, second and third positions in the painting competition.
Chief guest and Incharge Headmaster of the school Virendra Sharma shared her views on the topic and appreciated the Cultural Unit of Department of Information and Public Relations for organizing such a meaningful program to aware the future of the nation.
Among others, staff members of the school, officials of the Information Department and a large number of audience witnessed the program.
The whole programme was conducted under the guidance of Joint Director Information Jammu, Atul Gupta and supervision of Cultural Officer Mukesh Kumar Sharma.
