Srinagar, Nov 6: Security forces have eliminated a terrorist ,an M4 rifle along with two hand grenades have been recovered from gunfight Site during an ongoing encounter in an ongoing operation in the Kaitsan area of Bandipora, officials reported on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, a separate encounter is underway in the Margi, Lolab area of Kupwara, where the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police initiated a joint operation based on intelligence inputs indicating terrorist presence.
“Contact was established, leading to a firefight, and the operation remains active,” stated the Chinar Corps of the Indian Army on X.
