Leaders with anti- national agenda hijacked JK Assembly: BJP MLA Randhawa

KINS Desk
Srinagar, Nov 07 (KINS): BJP leader and MLA Bahu Vikram Randhawa today accused the National Conference government of resorting to ‘cheating by bringing resolution in special status on a day when members were set to debate LG’s address to the House’.
“This is very unfortunate to see people with an anti-national agenda are trying to hijack the Assembly. Today, MLA Sheikh Khursheed brought an anti national banner displaying the release of political prisoners. To protest this anti national activity by a member despite staying in the Assembly, we jumped into the well,” he told news agency KINS.
He said that Speaker Abdur Rahim Rather is also ‘biased and is hand-in glove with the government’. “He doesn’t listen to us and allows anti-national people to run their agenda in the House,” said Randhwa, adding that “BJP will not tolerate this and continue to protest in the House.”
