SED moots proposal for uniform exam schedule wants schools to conduct exams between Nov 15 to Dec 15

This is for holding exams from class 1 to class 9, Says SED Director

Srinagar, Nov 9(KINS): Director School Education Kashmir Dr Tasaduk Hussain Saturday said that the School Education department has mooted a uniform exam schedule proposal that entails conducting exams from Class 1 to Class 9 from November 15 onwards.
Talking to reporters here, Tasaduk as per news agency KINS said that the proposal is to ensure exams are held from November 15 and completed by December 15.
“Parents and children need not to worry as these are school based exams. Teachers know how much syllabus they have completed. My information is that all schools have completed almost 90 percent syllabus, “he said.
The Director School Education said that by December 20, they will issue notifications for new classes which mean students will join new classes.
The move comes close on the heels of J&K government’s decision of restoring the November-December exam schedule–KINS)
