Several houses damaged in Kulgam fire, three injured

Kulgam, Dec 24(KINS): A fire broke out in the Nowbugh area of Kund in Kulgam district on Tuesday, destroying three residential houses.
An official told news agency KINS that the fire affected the homes of Mohd Rafiq Naikoo, Mohd Akram Naikoo, Showkat Ahmad Sheikh, and Gull Mohd Sheikh, causing damage to the roofs, ceilings, windows, and doors.
Thanks to the quick efforts of firefighters and local residents, the fire was brought under control before it could spread to nearby areas.
The official also reported that three people were injured in the incident. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.(KINS)
