New Delhi , Oct 13 : The Parliamentary Board of Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and National General Secretary Tarun Chugh as Central Observers for the election of the leader of the party legislative team in Jammu and Kashmir.
