Indus Towers Stands by Flood-Affected communities in Punjab, J&K and Himachal

Srinagar, 09 September 2025: Indus Towers, one of World’s leading telecom infrastructure providers, continues its commitment to supporting communities impacted by natural disasters. Indus employees in collaboration with the local authorities volunteered and gone beyond call of duty by distributing 3000 relief kits to flood-affected families in Punjab (Gurdaspur, Kalanor, Ajnala, Dera Baba Nanak, Ramdas), Jammu & Kashmir (Batote), and Himachal Pradesh (Mandi).
As part of Indus Towers’ CSR Disaster Relief initiative, 3000 packs of essential food items and 1000 packs of cattle feed are being distributed to benefit approximately 3000 families. The relief kits include vital supplies aimed at addressing immediate nutritional and livelihood needs of both residents and their livestock.
Speaking on the initiative, Tejinder Kalra, Chief Operating Officer, Indus Towers, said, “Our hearts go out to every family impacted by the devastating floods. In these moments of hardship, Indus Towers stands firmly beside the communities we serve. We are working hand in hand with local authorities and our dedicated Indus Volunteers to ensure timely delivery of essential relief. Beyond immediate aid, our commitment is to help restore network connectivity and bring hope back to these regions.”
