Police foil Bank robbery attempt in Tangmerg

Tangmerg, Jan 15 : Police on Tuesday claimed to have foiled foiled a robbery attempt at Jammu and Kashmir Bank at Tangmerg area in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday night.

A police officer told a group of robbers were trying to break into Tangmerg unit of Jammu and Kashmir Bank. A police party after found suspicious movement in the area following which extreme alertness was shown by the team and a major bank robbery was foiled officer added.

Pertinently unknown persons strike at JK Bank branch Mendhar district of Jammu district during Monday night decamp with CCTV cameras.
