10 more Die Of COVID, J&K toll 592


Srinagar, August 20: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday reported ten fresh COVID related deaths, taking the fatalities toll to 592.


An official told that ten more persons including a CRPF soldier lost their lives due to COVID-19 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.


He said among the fatalities including a 50-year-old CRPF man from 61BN, an 87-year-old man from Tral, a 65-year-old woman from Khanda Budgam, a 60-year-old man from Bamroo Magam, a 70-year-old woman from Yunsu Handwara, a 65-year-old man from Jawahar Nagar Srinagar, a 70-year-old man from Sopore, a 56-year-old woman from Lal Bazar Srinagar, a 70-year-old woman from Dialgam Anantnag and a 65-year-old man from Pattan Baramulla.


With these fresh COVID fatalities the toll rose to 592 in Jammu and Kashmir.
