Srinagar, Oct 27 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended his congratulations to Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) for receiving the prestigious “Award of Excellence in Urban Transport” from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), recognizing Srinagar as the City with the Best Non-Motorized Transport System.
