Srinagar, July 20: Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, Atal Dulloo, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Bharat Singh Manhas, Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture & Languages (JKAACL).
In his condolence message, Dulloo conveyed heartfelt sympathies to Singh’s bereaved family and prayed for the soul’s peace and strength for the family to cope with their loss. Bharat Singh, a 2001 batch officer of the JKAS cadre, had served in various capacities including Additional Commissioner Tax Planning, Deputy Excise Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner Stamps.
