Srinagar, Dec 19 (KINS): Union Home Minister Amit shah said on Thursday that under Prime Minister Narendara Modi’s vision of building a peaceful and secure Jammu and Kashmir, security agencies have nearly destroyed the terror ecosystem.
Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a high-level security review meeting for Jammu and Kashmir in New Delhi today, along with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinah and senior officials.
News agency KINS reported that during the meeting, he highlighted the progress made under Prime Minister Modi’s vision of building a peaceful and secure Jammu and Kashmir.
Shah lauded the efforts of security agencies, noting that they have nearly dismantled the terror ecosystem in the region.
He appreciated the agencies for their significant achievements, including a sharp decline in terrorist incidents, a decrease in infiltration attempts, and a reduction in the recruitment of youth into terrorist organizations.
The Home Minister emphasized that these improvements are a testament to the commitment and hard work of the security forces in ensuring the safety and stability of the region.
