BJP Committed to Grassroots Development: Yudhvir Sethi

Jammu, June 2 (INS): Senior BJP leader and MLA from East Constituency, Yudhvir Sethi, today kickstarted a key development project at Gali Agnihotri in Ward No. 1, underscoring the BJP’s commitment to equitable and inclusive development across all urban localities.

While addressing the gathering, Sethi highlighted that multiple development works—amounting to an estimated cost of ₹23 lakh—have already been successfully executed in various parts of the constituency. These include Gali Chogan Salathia, Gali Mandir Shri Gadhadhar, Billu Mandir Gali, and Gali Agnihotri.

“The BJP remains focused on improving civic infrastructure, sanitation, road connectivity, and other essential services to enhance the quality of life for every resident,” he said. “These initiatives reflect our principle of development without discrimination. Every household, every lane matters—we are committed to reaching the last person in the last lane with the benefits of growth.”

Sethi also lauded the proactive participation of the local community in highlighting priority areas and assured that all genuine concerns would be addressed in a time-bound manner. Reiterating BJP’s developmental vision, he emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every effort is being made to ensure that government schemes and benefits reach the grassroots.

Later, Sethi interacted with residents of the area, listening to their concerns and feedback. He assured them their suggestions would be taken into account in upcoming development planning. Locals expressed appreciation for the recently completed works and acknowledged the MLA’s active role in improving civic amenities.
