NIA summons JRL leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq

Srinagar, March 09 : National Investigation Agency has issued summon to Joint Resistance Leader and Hurriyat M chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq.

The chief cleric Kashmir has been asked to present himself before the investigation agency at its headquarters in New Delhi.

Sources inside the Hurriyat confirmed the development.
The slueths of NIA had recently raided his residence and confiscated, what they termed as, incriminating material.

Mirwaiz is the first among the JRL to have been summoned by the investigating agency.
JRL comprises of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz and JKLF Chairman Yasin Malik .
Malik was recently booked under PSA and shifted to Kotbalwal Jail. (KNO)
