SSP Ganderbal interacts with specially abled children; Assured all possible help and support

Srinagar, June 16 (KINS): SSP Police, Ganderbal, Khalil Ahmad Poswal (JKPS) interacted with the volunteers of the Deaf and Mute Association (DnMA) at DPO Complex Ganderbal.

According to police statement issued to news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) while interacting with the specially abled young children belonging to the Deaf & Mute Association (DnMA) Ganderbal, SSP Ganderbal appreciated and applauded their enthusiasm, intentions and motto to serve the society.  He also said that, these volunteers despite being unable to hear and speak are putting in all their brave efforts to aware common people about the safety measures by making them to use face masks, social distancing, proper hand washing and other health advisories.

The young volunteers have come up with an aim to contribute to social reformation and welfare by organizing social awareness campaigns, besides the distribution of free face masks and other useful articles.

On the occasion, SSP Ganderbal directed the Police officers to help and assist these young children in mask distribution and dissemination of health advisories to the common public on roads to educate and aware them.

He also wished these children best in their studies and assured them to provide support to their social service mission in future as well. The volunteers also thanked Ganderbal Police for the kind gesture, encouragement and blessings.(KINS)
