Srinagar, Dec 07 (KINS): The final phase of randomisation of polling staff for District Development Council (DDC) and Panchayat by-elections was carried out here today, for block Devsar A and B.
The process was carried out under the supervision of District Panchayat Election officer (DPEO) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat and General Observer, Kulgam.
Meanwhile Second level of randomisation of poll staff for block Behibagh and Frisal was also carried out and first level of randomization was also carried out today for Block Qaimoo.(KINS)
