South Kashmir parts shuts against militant killings

Srinagar, Jan 23 : A complete shutdown is being observed in parts of South Kashmir districts on Wednesday to mourn the death of six militants killed in Shopian and Budgam district of Kashmir.

Reports said all the business is off the track while traffic is also off the roads in parts of Southern region of Kashmir on Wednesday against the militants Killings.

Reports and eyewitness said that thousands of people gathered to participate in the last rites of slain millitants in their native villages in south Kashmir.

Pertainally three militants Shamsul-Haq, a resident Draggad, Amir Suhail Bhat, a resident of Shopian, Shoiab, a resident of Sherimal Shopian, were killed in a gunfight in Heff village of Shopian on Tuesday, while three militants were slain in Budgam Encounter and later on next morning were identified as Syed Rubaan, a resident of Shopian, Sabzar Ahmed, a resident of Lassiora Pulwama, Towseef Ahmed Itoo, from Nowpora Payeen Pulwama.
