JKPM urges for macadamization of roads in various areas of Kashmir

Srinagar, Jun 15 : JKPM leader Dr Nazir Lone has asked the concerned engineers to undertake macadamization of the left over portion of Jabad-Branwar road at the earliest.

In a statement issued, Dr Nazir has said that the people of upper Jabbad Brenwar area in Chrarisharief constituency have complained that the contractor engaged for macadamization of Brenwar-Jabbad road has left some portion of the road without macadamization which is causing great difficulty to the commuters and the general public of the area.

Dr Nazir Lone has urged the concerned executing agency to address the concerns of the people and undertake macadamization of the total Jabad- Branwar road as per the tender allotment order.

He has also requested the district administration Budgam to look into the matter so that grievance of inhabitants of Jabbed is addressed.

He has requested the DDC Budgam to visit this far-flung and backward area personally to take stock of the problems confronting the people.

Meanwhile, JKPM Leader Mohammad Amin Sofi has demanded to set up separate Degree College for woman in Ganderbal besides a Nursing Collage.

Authorities have been asked to further speed up work on Central university at Ganderbal and macadamization of various internal roads of the district.
