Inam Un Nabi lauds Kashmir Press club

Srinagar, Jul 16: Inam un Nabi has congratulated the Kashmir Press Club for smooth conduct of its first ever election held for different posts.

Inam defined the institution of free press as the pillar and strength of every civillized institution.

He hoped that Kashmir Press Club will address the scores of serious issues faced by the journalist fraternity of Kashmir, and also act as a voice of common people.

Inam expressed his great wishes and congrats to the Kashmir press Club elected President Shuja Ul Haq and termed his victory as first president of Kashmir press club as a great omen for the media of Kashmir.

He also congratulated other office bearers including the Vice President Mozam Mohammad for getting elected, Ishfaq Tantray for being elected as the General secretary and Farooq Javed Khan elected as Treasurer.

Inam lauded the efforts of all the journalists in making Kashmir Press Club a functional institution and participating in high numbers in the first elections.
