February 09: Bandipora Police held “Sports as Career” interactive session with the youth of Bandipora at SK Stadium Bandipora.
The session was chaired by SSP Bandipora Shri Rahul Malik-IPS besides other senior police officers were also present on the occasion.
DySP DAR Bandipora while welcoming all the participants encouraged them to take part in all the youth oriented programmes so as to showcase their talent.
While speaking on the occasion, SSP Bandipora Shri Rahul Malik-IPS highlighted the importance of sports and games that enhance mental and physical capability of the youth. He further added that, our youth is high talented and motivated to excel in different fields and they have proved it on national as well as international levels.
He also advised youth to focus on their studies and channelize their energy in positive direction so that they evolve as better citizens of the state who will be committed to the welfare of our society.
Community members especially youth lauded the efforts of police in organizing such programmes and demanded for more such programmes in future.
