21 year old electrocuted to death in Sopore village

Sopore : A 21 year old youth died of electrocution after coming in contact with live wire at Sopore village in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Zubair Ahmed Mir son of Majeed Ahmed Mir of Brath Kalan Sopore.

Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth said Zubair was found unconscious in the bathroom by his family this morning after being electrocuted.

However, he was rushed to nearby hospital where he declared brought dead by the doctors.

The incindent was not a one off. Last week, a truck driver was killed while a conductor suffered injuries after a high tension transmission line fell on a truck in Gund Brath.
