Authorities on Tuesday said that all movement passes issued before May 5 stand cancelled.
In an order copy which lies with Kashmir Indepth News Service reads that All existing movement passes issued in Srinagar before May 5 stand cancelled after numerous instances of misuse and fraudulent imitation thereof were reported. New system introduced and passes issued to essential services and other departments.
