SHOPIAN, JUNE 11:- According to Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Shopian, one load carrier was seized along with illicit timber fir 12 logs 63 Cfts at village Zarkan in Therian Block of Romshi Range by FCR Shopian during routine night patrolling. It is said that the person has been identified and is a habitual timber smuggler involved in numerous forest offences. He said FIR is being lodged against the said person and will be booked under PSA soon.
DFO warned that any one found involved in such acts would be brought to the book and punished.
