Srinagar, Oct 30 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir police Friaday said that a closeing ceremony of Hajin Football Premier League was organized by Hajin police at Hajin.
In a statement issued to news agency KINS, police saidthat SSP Bandipora Rahul Malik -IPS chaired the event , ASP Bandipora, SDPO Sumbal,DYSP Hajin and officers of Army were also present on the occasion. “The week long event in which 32 teams from Sumbal and Hajin participated was formally inaugurated on 11 October 2020 and more than 600 players participated in the tournament”.
“SSP in his address to the participants said that police is providing many opportunities to the youths to showcase their talents, be it organizing sports events or other talent hunt initiatives.He emphasized upon them to take maximum benefits from such kind of events, so that they can achieve their desired goals in life.
Later on a prize distribution ceremony was held and cash prizes along with sports kits were given to participants”.(KINS)
