Chief Secretary greets people on Diwali


JAMMU, November 13: The Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, today extended greetings to people on the occasion of Diwali.
In his message on the eve of Diwali, the Chief Secretary said that this festival is a celebration of victory of good over evil, and inspires us to adopt the principles of honesty, truthfulness, and righteousness in our lives.
The Chief Secretary hoped that the ‘festival of lights’ further strengthens the bond of brotherhood and ushers a new era of peace, progress, and prosperity. He also urged people to abide by COVID-appropriate behaviour during the festivities.
