Saurabh Bhagat department reviews EPFO data transition
Ladakh UT transition of subscribers to central EPFO completed


Srinagar, Jan 01 (KINS): The Commissioner/Secretary Labour & Employment (L&E), Saurabh Bhagat today reviewed the working of the Labour Department Kashmir Division here at Batamaloo.
The Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kashmir, Additional Provident Fund Commissioner, Kashmir and Assistant Labour Commissioner, Srinagar/ Ganderbal were present in the meeting.
During the meeting, the Commissioner/Secretary took a first hand review of data transition from JKEPFO to Central Provident Fund Organization.
The Commissioner/Secretary was assured that the data transition from JKEPFO to Central Provident Fund Organization will be done within the deadline given by the Govt. of India.
The Additional Provident Fund Commissioner, Kashmir apprised the Commissioner/Secretary that the Ladakh UT transition of subscribers to central EPFO has been completed.
The Commissioner/Secretary also interacted with the employees of JKEPFO and assured them early settlement of their career related issues.
Later, he met the construction workers and provident fund subscribers, and after giving a patient hearing to them he also settled their grievances on the spot.
He distributed cheques worth Rs. 9, 30,000/- among 17 beneficiaries.(KINS)
