January 18: Piping ceremony of recently promoted Sub-Inspectors as Inspectors was held at DPO Sopore.
The promoted officers were decorated with their new ranks by SSP Sopore Shri Javaid Iqbal-JKPS who expressed happiness over their promotion.
On the occasion, SSP Sopore congratulated the promoted officers and advised them to remain committed towards their duties and ensure better public service. The promoted officers pledged to work with the same zeal and enthusiasm.
During the colourful ceremony, all the newly promoted Officers expressed their gratitude towards Police department for conferring their next ranks and timely up gradation.
Other senior officers of the Police district were also present on the occasion.
