IG BSF Kashmir range visits LOC, encourages troops, attends Sainik Sammelan

Srinagar, Dec 9 (KINS) Inspector General of Border Security Force (BSF), Kashmir Frontier, Raja Babu on Thursday visited the Line of Control (LoC) in frontier Kupwara district to encourage the troops guarding the sensitive borders.

IG Babu also attended the sainik sammelan near the LoC and listened to the grievances of the troops and encouraged them besides giving assurance for their wellness.

“Sh Raja Babu Singh, IPS, IG visited HQ of 172 Bn #BSF at #LOC. IG chaired the Sainik Sammelan, listened the grievances of troops, encouraged them & assurance given for their wellness. IG said BSF is equipped with modern techniques to enhance the operational efficiency of troops.,” a BSF tweet said.
