Srinagar, Dec 07: In a proactive move to ensure heightened security measures, Inspector General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Kashmir Sector, Gyanendra Kumar Verma, undertook a comprehensive night review of the 45th Battalion CRPF outposts in Sumbal,Bandipora.
Verma’s visit aimed to assess the deployment strategies and troop readiness during nighttime operations, considering the unique challenges posed by the region’s topography and prevailing security concerns. The inspection sought to enhance the forces’ preparedness to counter any potential threats effectively.
During the visit, Verma actively engaged with the jawans stationed at the outposts, exchanging insights and gaining firsthand knowledge of the ground-level situation.
