“Say Yes to Life, No to Drugs”: ANTF Kashmir Holds Awareness Program in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 30 (KINS):
As part of the ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Kashmir organized an awareness program on drug abuse at Girls High School Zampa Kadal, Srinagar. Approximately 100 students and staff members participated in the event aimed at educating youth about the dangers of drug abuse and fostering a drug-free society.
SSP ANTF J&K, Raj Kumar, spoke extensively on the issue, discussing the sources, causes, and severe consequences of drug addiction. He emphasized the importance of every individual’s role in eradicating this menace. The students were encouraged to stay away from drugs and engage in sports as a preventive measure against substance abuse.
Participants were urged to actively contribute to the fight against drugs by reporting any information regarding illicit drug activities in their communities. They were also encouraged to spread awareness among their peers to further promote a drug-free environment.(KINS)
