Teacher suspended after brutal beating of student in School

Kishtwar, Oct 5 ( KINS): A teacher in Kishtwar has been suspended after a disturbing incident of corporal punishment left a student with visible injuries. The incident occurred in a government school in the Inderwal area, where the student was allegedly beaten by teacher Anayatullah Ahanger.
Photos of the injured student surfaced online earlier today, quickly spreading across social media and sparking widespread outrage. The Chief Education Officer of Kishtwar responded by suspending the teacher and launching an official investigation.
A three-member committee has been established to look into the matter. The panel includes Masood Qazi, Deputy Chief Education Officer of Kishtwar; Vinod Kumar, the school’s principal; and Jagdish Chauhan, a lecturer. The committee is expected to submit a detailed report for further action.( KINS )
