J&K CM Omar Abdullah Pays last respects at residence of Late BJP MLA Devender Singh Rana

Srinagar, Nov 01 (KINS): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah arrived at the residence of BJP MLA Devender Singh Rana in Jammu on Friday to pay his respects following Rana’s passing. The 59-year-old MLA from Nagrota, known for his influential role in J&K politics, died at a private hospital in Faridabad, Haryana, where he was receiving treatment.
Devender Singh Rana, brother of Union Minister Jitendra Singh, leaves behind his wife, Gunjan Rana, and their three children: daughters Devyani and Ketki, and son Adhiraj Singh. His passing has left a profound impact on the political community in Jammu and Kashmir, with condolences pouring in from leaders across the spectrum.
Chief Minister Abdullah expressed his condolences, remembering Rana as a “dedicated leader who worked tirelessly for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.”(KINS)
