DIPR stages “Say No to Drugs” Nukkad Natak at Ghanta Ghar

Srinagar, Nov 12 ( KINS ) : As part of its ongoing efforts to combat substance abuse, the Cultural Unit Kashmir of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), J&K, organized an impactful Nukkad Natak (street play) at the historic Ghanta Ghar Lal Chowk. The street play, titled “Say No to Drugs,” aimed to raise awareness about the destructive consequences of drug addiction.
The performance effectively conveyed the physical, emotional, and social effects of drug abuse, captivating a large audience. Through compelling storytelling and powerful performances, the artists highlighted the dangers of drug addiction, emphasizing the importance of rejecting drugs. DIPR’s Cultural Unit Kashmir continues its commitment to using creative platforms to educate and sensitize the public on crucial social issues, such as substance abuse.( KINS )
