LG Manoj Sinha Visits National Library in Elista, Donates Books on Buddhism

Srinagar, Oct 18 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha, who is currently on a visit to Russia, paid a visit to the National Library at Elista — named after Amur-Sanan, a prominent Kalmyk writer and public figure. During his visit, the LG donated several books on Buddhism to the library.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), LG Sinha as per news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) wrote, “Visited National Library at Elista which is named after Amur-Sanan, a prominent Kalmyk writer and public figure. Donated some books to the Library which I had collected on Buddhism. Lord Buddha’s teachings will continue to inspire generations.”(KINS)
