Police Conducts Joint Mock Drills in Baramulla

Srinagar, Dec 05 (KINS): Police in Baramulla carried out an extensive mock drill at Mirgund and Railway Station Baramulla.

A well-coordinated joint mock drill in collaboration with SSB 2nd Bn and 29 Rashtriya Rifles was carried out at a Govt Housing Colony in Odina Mirgund. The exercise was conducted under the close supervision of the Incharge Police Post Mirgund.

At Railway Station Baramulla, Police in close coordination with 52 RR, RPF, GRP, and CRPF 53 Bn, supervised by DySP PC Baramulla, carried out a mock drill designed to strengthen swift response mechanisms, sharpen coordination, and enhance overall security readiness at one of the district’s key transit points.

These mock drills aimed at evaluating operational preparedness, testing real-time coordination, and strengthening inter-agency synergy. Participating teams executed various tactical scenarios designed to enhance response to emergency situations. The exercise witnessed high professionalism, swift coordination, and precision by all participating forces, reflecting their commitment to public safety and security readiness.

J&K Police reaffirms its dedication to maintaining peace, ensuring effective incident response, and fostering seamless cooperation with other security agencies for the safety of citizens.(KINS)
