Jammu, Oct 14 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday inaugurated the Police-Police Diwali Mela at Gulshan Ground, Jammu.
News agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) reported that the mela, a much-awaited event, inaugurated by LG Manoj Sinha today witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens across the region and showcased the deep bond between the police force and the public.
The event will feature an array of cultural performances, delicious food, lively stalls and handicrafts.
Senior officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, administrative officials, and a large number of citizens attended the mela, making it a vibrant symbol of community harmony and people’s participation in strengthening public-police relations.(KINS)
