J&K Government notifies roster of administrative secretaries for Dec 2025–January 2026 at Civil Secretariat, Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 25 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday issued the roster for Administrative Secretaries scheduled to remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, during the period from December 2025 to January 2026.

The order as per news agency Kashmir Indpeth News Service (KINS) was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) under Government Order No. 1521-JK(GAD) of 2025.

According to the notification, from December 1 to 5, 2025, Commissioner/Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Saurabh Bhagat (IAS), and Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Sarmad Hafeez (IAS), will remain available at the Secretariat.

From December 8 to 12, 2025, Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya (IAS), Principal Secretary, Finance Department, along with Zubair Ahmad (JKAS), Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Department, will be stationed in Srinagar.

From December 15 to 19, 2025, Principal Secretary, Home Department, Chandrakar Bharti (IAS), and Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department, Kumar Rajeev Ranjan (IAS), will be on duty.

From December 22 to 26, 2025, Secretary, Public Grievances Department, Niraj Kumar (IAS), and Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, Avny Lavasa (IAS), will attend Secretariat responsibilities.

From December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, Prasad Ramswamy G (IAS), and Secretary, School Education Department, Ram Niwas Sharma (IAS), will remain available at the Secretariat.(KINS)
