District Police Shopian Organises Thana Diwas at Chotipora Sedow
Shopian Sep 03 (KINS): District Police Shopian organised a “Thana Diwas” programme at Chotipora Sedow, with a focus on public outreach.
A large number of local residents participated in the programme and raised their grievances, concerns and issues directly before SSP Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmad Choudhary.
The SSP patiently listened to the participants and assured them that all genuine grievances would be addressed and resolved in accordance with the law.
DYSP Headquarters Imtiyaz Ahmad, SHO Heerpora Shabir Ahmad and several other police officers were also present on the occasion.
Speaking at the programme, SSP Mushtaq Ahmad Choudhary stressed the importance of maintaining peace, harmony and a secure environment in the area. He said that the police are committed to ensuring a peaceful atmosphere where children can pursue quality education and build a better future.
