J&K likely to see rain, thundershowers over next few days

Srinagar, Sep 12 (KINS): The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast generally dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir on September 12–13, with brief spells of rain or thundershowers at isolated to scattered places during the late afternoon and evening.

From September 14–16, rain or thundershowers are likely scattered to many places, particularly during the early morning and afternoon-evening hours. The weather is expected to remain generally dry from September 17–22, with isolated rain spells.

The Met Centre has advised caution over thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds at a few places during September 14–16. Farmers have been advised to continue harvesting apple and paddy crops and other farm operations.(KINS)
