Srinagar, Sep 26 (KINS): Srinagar Police has attached and frozen four immovable properties worth approximately ₹7.11 crore under the NDPS Act and UA(P) Act in cases linked to drug trafficking and terror-related activities.
The properties include residential houses, land, shops and a rice mill located in Zakura, Wagoora, Danihama and Mujgund. Police said the action was taken following investigations that linked the properties to proceeds of illicit activities and terror-related cases.
The attachments were carried out after following the prescribed legal procedures and obtaining approval from the competent authorities.
Srinagar Police said it will continue action to identify and dismantle the financial networks supporting narcotics trafficking and terror-related activities.(KINS)
