Srinagar, Sep 26 (KINS): Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and senior BJP leader Sunil Sharma met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi and discussed key issues concerning Jammu and Kashmir.
During the meeting, Sharma discussed matters related to security, law and order, development and issues concerning the ongoing Assembly session.
According to the details shared by LoP after the meeting, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reaffirmed the Union Government’s commitment to peace, development and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
Shah also assured that the Union Government would extend all possible support and cooperation in addressing key concerns of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting comes amid the ongoing session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, which is scheduled to continue until September 30.(KINS)
